The employees I had contact with this time were all pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. My vehicles appointment was set -up quickly. The work was done correctly, and the process of picking up my car was quick and easy. Also the repair shop was neat, bright and clean, and all the workers were neatly dressed, not grimy and dark like some garages I’ve used it the past. Some people shy away from using dealership garages re. (Cost and service), but based on this experience I would go back to Grand Prize.
